Terranovus.net we want to make your billing simple. All our billing
periods are monthly and are based on your anniversary date of sign
up. We don't make you pay for multiple months of service up front
and we don't penalize you with handling fees for not wishing to
use a credit card. Payment for services are made at the start of
each billing period.
To
facilitate your billing needs, we provide a comprehensive online
Account Manager
which allows you access to all your account information anywhere,
anytime. From here you can see your invoice and payment records,
your time online, and your referral credits. Access to this area
requires a valid terranovus.net username and password.
We
provide you with two options for paying your bill: automatic billing,
and e-mail invoicing.
Automatic
Billing: Your credit card is charged for service on a monthly
basis on your anniversary date of sign up. An e-mail will be sent
to you confirming the transaction. Official invoices and payment
receipts may be obtained online 24/7 by accessing our online Account
Manager. For your convenience we gladly accept American Express,
Discover, Mastercard and Visa. If your credit card is declined or
expired, we will send you an e-mail notice and attempt to resubmit
the credit card. If after three submissions your credit card does
not pass, your account is considered late and will be deactivated
and subject to a $2.00 reconnection fee.
E-mail
Invoicing: To help maintain costs and help protect our
environment, we send out all invoices via e-mail. Ten days before
the anniversary due date of your account, you will receive an e-mail
reminding you that it is time to pay your account. A reminder e-mail
is sent 5 days later, if payment has not yet been received. Payments
must be received by your anniversary date to avoid interruption
of your account and a reconnection fee of $2.00. Payments may be
made by cash, check or credit card.
