do I sign up for your service? |

There
are many ways to sign up with us. You can sign up over
the web, over the phone, or by picking up our purple sign
up CD at any Terranovus.net Partner location.

| How
do I sign up online? |
| |
Signing
up online is very easy. Just click on the orange sign up button
at the top of the page. This will transport you to our sign
up page. Once there please read our terms of agreement and click
on the acceptance below it. You will now be taken to the sign
up page. enter your local area code in the field provided and
click on next. Be sure to fill in all the fields marked in red,
as well as the fields marked in blue. If you were referred by
a friend, be sure to type in their complete e-mail address in
the appropriate field. Choose the account type you desire and
a local access number for you to dial. Click on the button labeled
Sign Up to submit your information. A window will appear for
you to confirm the information. If all is correct, click on
the link which says download setup file. Save the file to your
desktop, log off the internet and double click on the downloaded
file to configure your computer. |

much do your accounts cost? |

Dial
up Internet access accounts start at just $9.95 a month for
15 hours of access. For more detail about our Internet access

forms of payment do you accept? |
| |
We
accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American
Express, and Discover. All monthly credit card charges will
be processed automatically on the anniversary date of your subscription.
We can also accept personal checks, which are invoiced via e-mail,
ten days before the anniversary date of your subscription. |

| Do
you offer a discount if I prepay my service for an extended
time? |
| |
We
believe that Internet users shouldn't have to prepay long periods
of time to receive a discount. Our service plans have the maximum
discount on them, in fact our monthly rates are lower than most
other ISP's so called discount rates. |

you offer a local number in my city? |
| |
Terranovus
offers local dial up access numbers at over 19,500 cities
across the US. To locate your home town, click

didn't see my local phone number listed on the sign up page. |

| Do
I need a credit card to sign up online? |
| |
Although
we accept many forms of payment including cash, checks, and
all major credit cards, our online and phone sign-ups require
the use of a valid credit card. |

| My
friend referred me to your service. Does he get a discount? |
| |
For
every customer you refer to us, you will receive credit on
your next month's bill, equal to the service to which they
subscribe.To ensure proper credit, your friend will need to
give us your name and/or e-mail address at the time of sign
up. If your friend does not mention your name to us at the
time of sign up, we cannot issue a referral credit. |

| Do
I need to sign a contract? If so for how long? |
| |
Our
contract for dialup access runs from month to month. You
do not actually sign a physical contract for service. Instead
you agree to our dial
up terms of agreement. DSL service requires
either a month to month or yearly contract for service. |

| Can
I pay for dial up service every three months? |
| |
Our
dial up terms of agreement with you are based on a monthly plan.
You are welcome to pay for more than one month at a time if
you wish. Payments received for more than one month are applied
as credit balances to your account. |
